Yesterday I went out to the country to take some photos. It was pouring. But I still took some photos. I even saw a horse and her baby (poor thing).

I hope you enjoy 🙂
Since my Canon isn’t willing to take new photos, not unless he is indoors that is, I decided to celebrate the most colorful season of all, and post some of my favorite flower photos! Not very original, I know, but I’m hoping for something nicer next time 😉
The days have finally grown warmer and it is easier to dodge the rainy weather to take photos. We have the very beginnings of spring plants, flowers, and leaves peeking out to soak up the sun. This means I get to break out the camera and get back into the groove of taking photos.
I will be sharing close-ups of flowers, leaves, and plants in this blog post. I hope you enjoy them.

Hi, my name is Roula.
I love everything it has to do with cooking and baking, traveling, gardening, books and music, Italy and lately Spain.
I visited Madrid and Spain in February for the first time, and although my sister’s camera played a few tricks on me, I managed to capture some of Madrid’s beauty with my old camera. I hope you will find the result to your liking.
